Notre Dame High School

Volunteer to help with Notre Dame's signature fundraiser, our Women of Impact event. The event will be held at the Signia by Hilton in downtown San Jose, on Friday, October 11th from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. We have a variety of volunteer positions available, including some prior to the event itself. We hope you can help us to make this event a success!

Notre Dame High School

We are looking for people to join our Crab Fest procurement team! This involves soliciting businesses for items for our Crab Fest raffle baskets. Solicitation volunteers will have the support of the Notre Dame Events Coordinator and the Crab Fest Procurement lead. Solicitation can be done on your own time and at your own pace between now and mid January, 2025, when we'll begin assembling our raffle baskets. This is a great job for someone who has time to make follow up phone calls to businesses, or who likes to be out and about and can carry some of Notre Dame's Crab Fest donation forms with them. Notre Dame staff will reach out to you with more information once you have signed up to help.

Notre Dame High School

Volunteers interested in working directly with students in an unsupervised manor (eg: working backstage, chaperoning, robotics mentoring) must complete 2 credentials. While this is only required of those working alone with students, we strongly encourage all volunteers to complete them.

Notre Dame High School

The Events department is looking for people who have a few hours this summer to help support Women of Impact and Crab Fest. These jobs are both done from the comfort of your own home, and set to your own schedule. The start date for both jobs is mid-July. Women of Impact is looking for volunteers to make follow up calls to advertisers for our event program. You'll be given a list of advertisers ND has solicited, along with a script, to conduct the follow up calls. Crab Fest is looking for people to help secure online donations for our raffle baskets. You'll be soliciting businesses through their online donation portals. You'll be given all the supporting documents and information you need. Events staff will be available throughout the summer to support you and answer any of your questions. Once you sign up for either position, Events staff will reach out to you with further details.
