We are looking for people to join our Crab Fest procurement team! This involves soliciting businesses-either online, via email or in person-for items for our Crab Fest raffle baskets. Procurement volunteers will be given all necessary materials and will receive support in their position. Solicitation is done on your own schedule, but needs to be completed by mid January. This is a great job for someone who has time to fill out online donation forms, make follow up phone calls to businesses or who likes to be out and about and can carry some of Notre Dame's Crab Fest donation forms with them. Notre Dame staff will reach out to you with more information once you have signed up to help.

Notre Dame offers four retreats each year, one for each grade level. Freshman and sophomore classes participate in one-day "Breakaway days" and are attended by all students in the grade level. Junior and senior retreats are optional multi-day events. Each retreat has its own program content and supply needs. The volunteer works in partnership with Alicia Aguilar (Campus Minister for Spirituality and Justice) to gather materials specific to each retreat from on-campus storage areas and prepare materials (activity supplies, participant folders, information and materials for staff chaperones and retreat locations). Campus Ministry staff and the volunteer will review materials in storage and determine any items that need to be ordered. The volunteer will gather supplies, prepare storage boxes for transporting to retreat locations, unpack boxes when the retreats are over and return reusable items for retreats to storage for future use. Volunteer may be asked to keep track of quality and quantities of retreat materials. Schedule is flexible and based on retreat dates (i.e., needs significantly increase closer to retreat dates)
