We're looking for volunteers to chaperone a field trip to Mexican Heritage Plaza to watch Alebrijes: A Día de Muertos Tale by Teatro Vision with AP Spanish students. We have approximately 75 AP Spanish students attending. The play is about Pedro Linares and the origin of the "Alebrije" in celebration of Día de los Muertos. AP Spanish studies this as part of the established curriculum, and it also complements the field trip students took last year to see the alebrijes exhibit at Cesar Chavez Plaza. What will chaperones do? - Take student attendance - Help students safely board and exit the bus - Supervise student behavior - Accompany students to the restroom as needed during the performance - Remind students to clean up after themselves after eating
